PRITIQ Shipping Policy

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS.

 

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after receiving payment confirmation:

The estimated delivery time ranges between 15 to 30 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery Fee inside Saudi Arabia: SAR 38
  • Standard Delivery Fee for other countries: SAR 60

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

 

6. Delivery Issues

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will assess the issue and offer a solution such as a replacement or refund.
